These terms apply when you use velvetmantra.in or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Products

• We describe each product as accurately as we can, using the details from our supplier.
• Colours may vary slightly between screens and in different light.
• Sarees are free size. Blouse piece details are as listed on each product page.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include GST.
• Shipping is free within India.
• You can pay by Cash on Delivery or UPI prepaid (5% off on UPI prepaid orders).
• If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we will contact you before shipping. You can then confirm at the right price or cancel for a full refund.

Orders

• An order is accepted only when we ship it.
• COD orders are confirmed by call or WhatsApp. If we cannot reach you after two tries, we may cancel.
• We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, the address is undeliverable, or we suspect misuse. If you prepaid, you get a full refund.

Delivery

• Delivered in 5–8 working days across India. Full details: Shipping Policy.

Returns, cancellations and refunds

• See our Refund & Returns Policy. In short: replacement or refund only for damaged, defective, wrong or missing items, reported on WhatsApp within 48 hours with a full unboxing video. Free cancellation before dispatch.

Use of the website

• Please don't misuse the site, copy its content or images, or place fake orders.
• Product photos and text belong to us or our supplier.

Liability

• Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
• Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Law

These terms follow the laws of India. Courts at Nashik have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order applies to that order.
