Shipping policy

Delivery time

• Your order is delivered in 5–8 working days across India.
• We ship in 1–2 working days. The courier then takes 4–6 working days.
• Working days are Monday to Saturday, except public holidays.
• Remote pin codes, holidays, bad weather or courier delays can add a few days. If that happens, we will keep you updated on WhatsApp.

Shipping charges

• Shipping is free on every order.

Payment options

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.
• Prepay by UPI and get 5% off.
• We do not accept cards at the moment.

COD orders

• We confirm every COD order by a quick call or WhatsApp before we ship it.
• If we cannot reach you after two tries, we may cancel the order.
• Please keep the exact amount ready at delivery.

Tracking

• Once your order ships, we send the tracking details by SMS, email or WhatsApp.

Packaging

• Your order comes in plain, secure packaging.
• There is no invoice inside the parcel. We send your invoice by email. Your order confirmation email and order number are your proof of purchase. Need a GST invoice? WhatsApp or email us.

Wrong address or missed delivery

• Please check your address, pin code and phone number before you place the order.
• If the courier cannot deliver after its attempts, the parcel is returned to us. We will contact you. To send it again, we ask for a ₹99 re-delivery charge by UPI (pay the rest on delivery), or you can pay the full order by UPI and skip the ₹99. If the courier was at fault, we re-send free.
