Ordering & payment

Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, across India. We confirm every COD order by a quick call or WhatsApp before we ship it.

How do I get 5% off?
Use code UPI5 at checkout and pay by UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm or any UPI app). The 5% off is for UPI prepaid orders only.

Can I pay by card?
Not at the moment. You can pay by UPI or Cash on Delivery.

Is shipping free?
Yes, on every order.

Delivery

When will my order arrive?
In 5–8 working days. We ship in 1–2 days, then the courier takes 4–6 days.

Do you deliver to my pin code?
We deliver across India. Remote pin codes may take a little longer.

How do I track my order?
We send tracking details once your order ships. You can also WhatsApp us your order number.

Returns & cancellations

Can I return a saree?
Only if it arrives damaged, defective, wrong or with an item missing. WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with a full, uncut unboxing video. The saree must be unused, with tags and original packaging. We then send a free replacement or a full refund.

Why do I need an unboxing video?
It lets us verify the problem quickly and fairly. Please start recording before you open the sealed parcel.

Can I exchange for another colour or design?
Sorry, we don't offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of cost before dispatch. WhatsApp us your order number.

When will I get my refund?
Within 7 working days of approval, to your UPI.

Product & sizing

What size are the sarees?
Sarees are free size. The length is listed on each product page.

Does the saree come with a blouse piece?
Blouse piece details are as listed on each product page. Some come with an unstitched blouse piece, some don't.

Will the colour match the photo?
We try to show true colours. Colours may vary slightly on different screens and in different light.

How do I care for my saree?
Follow the wash care listed on the product page. When in doubt, dry clean.
